SUBMISSION FOR INNOVATION FAIR: TRANSFORMING EDUCATION THROUGH PEDAGOGICAL INNOVATIONS

The TETFund Centre of Excellence for Innovative Teaching and Learning in Primary and Early Childhood Education (T_CEIPEC) at the Federal College of Education, Pankshin, invites submissions for its Innovation Fair.

Theme: Transforming Education through Pedagogical Innovations

Objective:

To provide a platform for individuals, institutions, and organizations to showcase innovative pedagogical solutions, products, and prototypes that can transform the education sector.

Sub-Themes

Submissions should align with one of the following themes:

• Teaching and Learning Innovations: Innovative methods, tools, and technologies that enhance student engagement, learning outcomes, and teacher effectiveness.
• EdTech Solutions: Software, hardware, and platforms that support education, including learning management systems, educational games, and adaptive assessments.
• Inclusive Education: Innovations that promote accessibility, equity, and inclusivity in education, including solutions for students with disabilities.
• Education for Sustainable Development: Innovations that address the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including climate change, environmental education, and sustainable livelihoods.

Eligibility Criteria

Submissions are invited from:

• Individuals: Students, teachers, researchers, and entrepreneurs with innovative ideas or solutions.
• Institutions: Schools, universities, research institutions, and organizations with innovative pedagogical solutions.
• Organizations: EdTech companies, and government agencies with innovative products or services.

Submission Guidelines

Submissions should:

• Include a 500-word abstract or concept note describing the innovation, including its objectives, methodology, and expected impact.
• Be presented through a demonstration, simulation, poster, or exhibition.
