Prof. Zipporah Pewat Duguryil
Director
Prof. Zipporah Pewat Duguryil – Centre Director
Prof. Zipporah Pewat Duguryil is the founding Director of T_CEIPEC and a Professor of Science Education at the Federal University of Education, Pankshin. She holds a Ph.D. in Science Education from Benue State University and degrees in Chemistry Education from the University of Jos. Since 2021, she has led the Centre to national recognition, overseeing 25 programme areas including teacher training, STEM education, and community outreach. She has served as Head of Department of Chemistry, Governing Council member, and Editor-in-Chief of the BELJEN journal. She is also the immediate past National President of WICE and a Fellow of STAN.

Prof. Jere Ndazhaga – Research Officer I
Prof. Jere Ndazhaga is a Professor and Research Officer at T_CEIPEC with over 35 years of academic service. He holds a Doctor of Education from the Hong Kong Institute of Education and degrees from the University of Jos and Ahmadu Bello University. He previously served as Acting Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Education, Pankshin. A prolific scholar, he has published over 50 journal articles, authored 2 books, and presented numerous conference papers. His research spans Early Childhood Education, Social Studies, Teacher Development, and Artificial Intelligence.
Prof. Emmanuel Census Hemba

Prof. Emmanuel Census Hemba – Research Officer II
Prof. Emmanuel Census Hemba is a Professor of Physics and Research Officer at T_CEIPEC. He holds a Ph.D. in Nuclear and Radiation Physics from the Nigerian Defence Academy. With over 30 peer-reviewed publications, he is one of Nigeria’s leading nuclear physicists. His research includes nuclear modelling, environmental radioactivity, and atmospheric science. He has presented internationally and is a member of major scientific bodies including the American Physical Society.

Prof. Henry David Katniyon – Research Officer III
Prof. Henry David Katniyon is a Professor and Research Officer at T_CEIPEC and Dean of the College of Early Childhood Care Education/Primary Education. He holds a Ph.D. in Science Education and degrees from the University of Jos and Ahmadu Bello University. He has authored five books and published several international journal articles. His work has attracted funding from organisations such as the United Nations and World Bank, reflecting his impact in early childhood education and community development.
Mr. Emmanuel Nannim Ramson
Communication & Documentation Officer
Mr. Ramson Emmanuel Nannim – Documentation & Communication Officer
Mr. Ramson Emmanuel Nannim is a Senior Lecturer and Documentation and Communication Officer at T_CEIPEC. He holds MSc degrees in Educational Technology and Computer Science and is currently completing a Ph.D. focused on Explainable AI. With over 18 years of experience, his work bridges Artificial Intelligence and Early Childhood Education. He is certified by UNESCO, the British Council, UNICEF, and is a licensed TRCN teacher.
Mr. Chadirwe Goyol

Mr. Chadirwe Bitrus Goyol – Finance Officer
Mr. Chadirwe Bitrus Goyol is the Finance Officer of T_CEIPEC with over 20 years of financial management experience. He holds an MBA and a degree in Accounting and is a registered professional accountant. He oversees budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with donor requirements, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Mr. Katyen Hilary Hoomsuk – Administrative Officer
Mr. Katyen Hilary Hoomsuk is the Deputy Registrar and Administrative Officer of T_CEIPEC. With over 15 years of experience in tertiary education administration, he oversees operations, coordination, and logistics across all programme areas. He manages institutional communications and ensures smooth execution of training and outreach activities.
Mr. Gyitbe Lapnen Yoksina
Technical & Support Aid
Mr. Lapnen Yoksina Gyitbe – Technical & Support Aide
Mr. Lapnen Yoksina Gyitbe is the Technical and Support Aide at T_CEIPEC, responsible for all technical operations including data systems, websites, media production, and AI integration. He holds a degree in Physics Education and is pursuing postgraduate studies. He is a certified IT professional and also serves as CEO of GRAYTECH NIGERIA LTD.
